Nope! This program is designed for complete beginners as well as those who want to rebuild their technique from scratch.
You’ll need a PVC pipe or broomstick, access to a barbell, and basic weight plates, and a squat rack. That’s it, no fancy setup required.
Everything is delivered through the TrainHeroic app, where you’ll access your sessions, videos, cues, and progress tracking. We will stay in contact through the app, and your feedback will be delivered through this way as well. Everything is sent and delivered all under 1 roof
You’ll complete 4 guided sessions each week (3 main sessions and 1 accessory session). These sessions will be covering technique drills, mobility, strength foundations, and full lift integration. Session will be roughly 30-45 minutes dependent on your rest between sets
